Hand lever table shears NTP 1000/2A and NTP 1000/2,5B
with bending machine NTPO 1000/2A/0,8 and NTPO 1000/2,5B/0,8.
Manual table shears ore of strong grey cast-iron construction, adjusted for sheet cutting, with maximum thickness of 2 mm or 2,5 mm at maximum material hardness of 382 MPa and a width of 1 000 mm
It is possible to carry out on this machine even angular cuttings using the angular setting of the front stop. The range of the angular scales is ± 45°.
The machine can be adjusted on repeated cutting of similar stripes having the width from 10 to 500 mm.
The lever with the knife has optimized size which ensures the necessary strength for the achieving of a clear and straight cut. The bed of the hand lever makes together with the table a single unit.
The holder which is mounted to the table serves for holding down the metal sheet during the cutting. It is operated through a lever and an excenter.
The adjusting of the front buffer is done through a cogged pinion and rack. In the required position the buffer will be secured with the lever lock situated next to the hand wheel.
Shears can beequipped with sheet bending machine (typ NTPO 1000/2A/0,8) up to sheet thickness 0,8 mm and with a bending width of 1 230 mm. If needed the upper bite of the bending machine can be removed.
