Shaft mounted gearboxes PM - PR - PC
Gearboxes are designed and produced with the help of the most recent equipment. They have a compact form, large load handling capacity, high efficiency and a silent run even under load.
Housing of the gearboxes is cast-iron (GG20UNI 5007), except for size 63 and 71, made of aluminium SG-AlSi91 UNI 1706. Thel gears are made of steel 18NiCrMo5 UNI 7846, previously casehardened, hardened and grinded.
Gearboxes are delivered in versions:
- with motor (type PM..., PC...),
- without motor (type PR...),
- with the option of mounting on foot (PMP, PCP, PRP),
- with flanged housing (OMF, OCF, ORF)
- on flanges of several sizes (OMP F1-F2, OMF F1-F2, OMP P, OMF P etc.),
with single output shaft.
The reduction is carried out by 2 or 3 stages.
